Refund and Cancellation Policy

Plans change—we get it. Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments and scheduling related to telehealth services provided by Premier Neuro Health.

1. Appointments and Payments

All appointments must be scheduled and prepaid through our secure online system.
Payment confirms your booking and secures the provider’s time slot.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the visit cost.
  • No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are charged 100% of the visit fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of telehealth privileges.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are granted only if an appointment is canceled within the required timeframe or due to verified technical failure on our platform preventing completion of the session.
  • Once a consultation or second opinion is rendered, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you are dissatisfied with non-clinical service issues (e.g., billing error, double charge), contact us within 7 business days for review.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Provider Cancellations

In rare cases, Dr. Souayah may need to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

You will be offered a new appointment at no additional charge or a full refund if preferred.
